Terms and Conditions

Purchase Terms and Conditions:

- All prices displayed in this store are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
- This store serves customers in Hong Kong and Macau. Delivery services are limited to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only. Orders for Macau customers will be shipped via SF Express.
- Once an order is accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
- All card-type products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- After successful order placement, buyers will receive a confirmation email. Goods will generally be arranged for shipment within the stated timeframe. In case of exceptions (e.g., product out of stock), the store will notify buyers via system messages.
- Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or amended.
- Deposits for automatically cancelled overdue orders are non-refundable.
- This store does not provide top-up or change services. If you have any payment enquiries, please contact customer service first.
- Customers must inspect the goods upon receipt. Any issues should be reported immediately to the staff at the pickup location.
- For credit card payments, the recipient will be required to present a Hong Kong Identity Card and provide minor details as proof of receipt upon pickup.
- If any damage is discovered, please log into your account and notify the store via the “Order Communication” function within 7 days of receipt. For details, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.
- If a product is found to be out of stock after ordering, the store will notify the buyer via system message to arrange a replacement or refund. Please refer to the  Return and Exchange Policy for detailed refund procedures.
- Hornington Hitech Company (Hornington Computers ) reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Hornington Hitech Company shall be final.

Operating Hours

- Online store customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Kwun Tong self-pickup point hours: Monday to Friday, 10:10am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 5:30pm (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Sham Shui Po store hours: (to be updated)

Shipping Policy

- We provide pickup services at SF Express Service Centers, SF Express Stations, and SF Smart Lockers.
- Please inspect the package carefully before signing for it. If the package appears damaged or suspicious, please refuse to sign and contact the delivery staff immediately.
- All goods are inspected by our staff before shipment to ensure they match the product description.
- Customers must provide accurate name and phone number in the order for delivery purposes.
- We recommend customers purchasing display/refurbished/open-box items to collect at our Kwun Tong self-pickup point to avoid subjective concerns regarding product condition.

Repair Services

Hong Kong Region:
- For repair enquiries in Hong Kong, please contact our Customer Service Department:

Macau Region:
- If any damage is found within 7 days of receipt, please contact our Repair & Technical Support team. We will arrange repairs and cover the round-trip shipping fees. If the product is tested to be in good working condition, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
- For warranty claims, please contact our support team first and ship the product to our Hong Kong service centre. Round-trip shipping fees shall be paid by the customer.
- For Macau repair enquiries, please contact our Customer Service Department
