• The order of Gaming Chair or Gaming Desk are only has the capacity to ship within HKSAR, including all industrial buildings and Estates located in Hong Kong island, Kowloon and New Territories. For delivery service to remote areas, additional shipping charges will be applied: Tung Chung and Discover Bay +HK$350; Repulse Bay and Stanley are free of surcharges.
• Delivery services is NOT available for Mui Wo, Kwai Chung Ferry Terminal, Ma Wan, Airport, restricted areas and Outlying Islands.
• Shipping and delivery for Gaming Chair is available during Monday to Saturday (12:00pm to 6:00pm), except public holidays. Exact delivery time is subject to the actual condition.
• Confirmation of the delivery date and time will be given by the deliveryman. Delivery will be cancelled if such confirmation cannot be given.
• If the goods vehicles (5.5 Tons or above) cannot access the building entrance, or no elevator service is available at the premises, additional delivery fee will be charged for each floor except the ground floor.
  • Stair Charge: $200 surcharge per floor. Every 7 steps on stairs will be considered as one floor.
  • If the destination is more than 100m away from the parking location, an additional HK$100 fee will be charged.
• If customers are not able to receive the Gaming Chair on the agreed date between Hornington Computer Company and customers, the delivery fee will not be refunded. The additional fee would be charged if the second delivery service is requested.
• Delivery service would be suspended when the typhoon / tropical cyclone warning signal No.8 or above / the Black rainstorm warning is hoisted. Delivery service may be delayed or suspended due to inclement weather, flooding, or roads blocking. We will contact customer by email or phone within 24 hours for further arrangement, and no additional charge will be applied.
• All additional charges will be charged through Hornington Online Store. Customers have to pay before arranging the delivery service.
