The ROG Strix 1000W Gold Aura combines premium components, superior cooling and captivating RGB illumination to create a formidable force. With huge ROG heatsinks, a high-efficiency Axial-tech fan, and a striking aluminum finish, it’s a pumped-and-primed PSU powerhouse for your next gaming rig.

Aluminum Case
The ROG Strix 1000W Gold Aura Edition is encased in a strong, sleek aluminum chassis that also acts as a heatsink for the internal power transformer, further helping to reduce temperatures and minimize noise.

ROG Heatsinks
ROG heatsinks facilitate lower temperatures, longer component lifespan, and extended 0dB operation.

Axial-tech Fan Design
Axial-tech fan design features a smaller fan hub that facilitates longer blades and a barrier ring that increases downward air pressure. For ROG Strix Aura Edition PSUs, we've scaled that design to 135mm so it keeps things cool at low RPMs while producing less noise.

Dual Ball Fan Bearings
The fan impeller spins on a dual ball bearing setup that will last up to twice as long as a sleeve bearing design.

0dB Technology
To reduce noise output, the PWM-controlled fan shuts off entirely when the PSU load is 60% or below.

80 Plus Gold Certification
Top-end Japanese capacitors ensure efficient operation and have helped the ROG Strix Aura Edition PSUs earn an 80 PLUS Gold certification. The increased efficiency also results in less heat, reducing noise and increasing reliability.

Lambda A+ Certification
On average, ROG Strix 1000W Gold Aura Edition emits less than 20 dB of noise – earning a coveted Cybenetics Lambda A+ certification.

ATX 3.0 Compatible
The latest power specification updates have landed. ATX 3.0 ushers in tighter voltage and current regulation guidelines for next-gen hardware - and ROG Strix Aura Edition steps ahead of the curve by being fully compliant. A 16-pin PCIe cable ripe for piping up to 600W of power to PCIe Gen 5.0 graphics cards is bundled with the PSU, readying your build for the next-gen.

Addressable RGB lighting is built right in to the ROG Strix 1000W Gold Aura Edition, so it’s all set to integrate with the Aura Sync illumination ecosystem – adding aesthetic style to raw power.
