The GMKtec NucBox M7 ULTRA is a compact Ryzen 7 PRO mini PC sold with an official 2-year Hong Kong warranty. It pairs an AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U (8 cores / 16 threads, Zen 3+, up to 4.7GHz) with Radeon 680M graphics, 32GB DDR5 memory and a 1TB SSD, which covers office work, multi-monitor setups, home entertainment and light gaming. Two SO-DIMM slots take up to 64GB of memory, and two M.2 PCIe 4.0 slots take up to 2TB each (4TB total). Dual USB4 ports and an OCuLink port (PCIe 4.0 x4) connect an external GPU (eGPU), and dual 2.5G LAN suits NAS, soft-router or home-lab use.

A: Yes. The M7 ULTRA has 2 SO-DIMM slots and ships with 32GB DDR5 4800MT/s, upgradeable to 64GB. For storage it has 2 M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe slots, up to 2TB each (4TB total).
Q: What can I do with OCuLink?
A: The OCuLink port (PCIe 4.0 x4) connects an OCuLink eGPU dock with a desktop graphics card to boost gaming, video editing and AI performance. The dock and GPU are sold separately. OCuLink is not hot-pluggable, so connect or disconnect it only when the PC is powered off.
Q: How many monitors can it drive?
A: Up to 4 displays at once via HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.0 and two USB4 ports. HDMI supports up to 8K@60Hz and DisplayPort up to 4K@60Hz.
Q: Is it good for gaming?
A: Radeon 680M handles popular online games and lighter titles at low to medium settings. For demanding AAA games, we recommend adding an eGPU via OCuLink.
