Minisforum MS-03 powered by the Intel Core Ultra 9 386H processor is a compact, high-performance edge AI mini workstation. Specifically engineered for local artificial intelligence applications, homelabs, and advanced enterprise networking, this system steps away from consumer mini-PC trends to offer massive I/O and heavy compute capabilities in a tiny footprint.

  • Processor : Intel Core Ultra 9 386H (vPro Enabled) featuring 16 cores and 16 threads (no Hyper-Threading, all physical cores). It operates with a max turbo frequency of 4.9 GHz and utilizes up to 70W PL1 / 80W PL2 configuration mode.
  • AI Processing : Built-in NPU delivering up to 50 TOPS, highly capable of running 35B parameter local Large Language Models (LLMs) like Gemma out of the box (achieving ~22 tokens/sec).
  • Memory & Storage : Supports up to 128GB of dual-channel DDR5 SO-DIMM RAM (speeds up to 7200 MT/s). Features 3 x M.2 NVMe SSD slots, a physical PCIe 4.0 x16 slot (running at x4), and native U.2 NVMe enterprise drive support via an included adapter box.
