5-Year Warranty

Artificial damage is not within the scope of warranty (surface damage caused by cutting, scraping, scalding, etc.)
Within the first 7 days of delivery, Hornington will deliver the replacement parts to the customer*.
From the 8th day after delivery, customer need to bring the damaged parts (e.g. wheels/handrest/gas bar) to Hornington service centre for arraging the replacement*.

*Replacement parts may need to be ordered from Taiwan, which may takes several weeks. Please check with our online customer service for more information.
