ASUS ROG Equalizer
ASUS ROG Equalizer is an advanced 12V-2x6 PCIe 5.1 power cable designed to deliver balanced, safer power to high-performance graphics cards under heavy loads up to 600W.

  • Load Balancing Bridge : A built-in copper bridging mechanism short-circuits the 12V and ground paths just behind the GPU-side connector. ASUS says that the ROG Equalizer not only brings a higher load tolerance, but it also distributes the load across all the pins before the power reaches the GPU. This effectively mitigates hotspots caused by uneven current distribution.
  • Enlarged Wire Capacity : Upgraded from the standard 9.2A up to 17A per wire, offering massive electrical headroom and safety thresholds.
  • Thermal Regulation : Uses flexible, tin-plated oxygen-free copper. The patented design of the ROG Equalizer effectively keeps both the cable and graphics card connector temperatures consistently below the 105 °C safety limit.
  • Visual Safety Indicator : Features a dual-color purple connector jacket that serves as a visual indicator to ensure the cable is completely seated into the GPU.
  • Standard Compliance : Fully compliant with ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 specifications, capable of safely managing short-term power excursions up to 3x the rated power.
