GMKtec NucBox M3 Mini PC (Intel Core i5-12450H)
The GMKtec NucBox M3 is a compact Intel Core i5 mini PC sold with an official 2-year Hong Kong warranty. It pairs a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12450H (8 cores / 12 threads, up to 4.4GHz) with Intel UHD graphics, and comes in two models: 16GB DDR4 + 1TB SSD, or 32GB DDR4 + 2TB SSD. It handles office work, online learning, home entertainment and multitasking. Two SO-DIMM slots take up to 64GB of memory, and storage expands through an M.2 2280 PCIe slot (up to 2TB) and an M.2 2242 SATA slot (up to 2TB). At just 114 x 106 x 42.5mm and 361g, it comes with a VESA mount for the back of a monitor, and triple display output (2x HDMI + USB-C) reaches up to 4096 x 2160.

Q: Which models are available?
A: Two models: 16GB DDR4 + 1TB SSD (CS-GNBM3) and 32GB DDR4 + 2TB SSD (CS-GNBM3V). Both come with Windows 11 Pro.
Q: Can I upgrade the memory and SSD?
A: Yes. The M3 has 2 SO-DIMM slots for DDR4 3200MT/s, upgradeable to 64GB. For storage it has 1 M.2 2280 PCIe slot (up to 2TB) and 1 M.2 2242 SATA slot (up to 2TB).
Q: How many monitors can it drive?
A: Up to 3 displays at once via two HDMI ports and one USB-C (DisplayPort), at up to 4096 x 2160@60Hz.
Q: Can the USB-C port charge the PC or connect an eGPU?
A: No. The M3's USB-C port supports data and video output only (5Gbps). It does not support PD charging or external GPUs. Use the included power adapter.
Q: How do warranty repairs work?
A: You get a 2-year Hong Kong warranty. Bring the unit to our repair centre at Room 712, 7/F, Century Centre, Kwun Tong (drop-off and collection only).
