Ubiquiti UniFi UCG-Industrial Cloud Gateway Industrial WiFi 7 Router is a rugged, fanless 10GbE UniFi Cloud Gateway delivering 350W of total system power for high-density PoE deployments, with advanced routing capabilities and microSD storage for full UniFi application support.
Industrial-Grade Resilience
The UCG-Industrial is engineered for the most demanding environments, featuring a ruggedised, fanless design that ensures silent and reliable operation. Built with a high-durability polycarbonate and aluminium alloy chassis, the device is capable of operating in extreme temperatures ranging from -30 to 50°C. This makes it an ideal solution for deployment in settings where traditional networking hardware might fail.
High-Density PoE Performance
Equipped with a substantial 270W PoE budget, this gateway is designed to power a full suite of high-performance devices. The unit features a versatile array of ports, including a 10GbE RJ45 port and two (2) 2.5GbE RJ45 ports that support PoE++ (up to 90W), providing enough power for energy-intensive hardware. Additionally, two (2) 2.5GbE RJ45 ports offer PoE+ (30W) support, ensuring comprehensive connectivity for a wide range of access points and security cameras.
Integrated Next-Generation Connectivity
As an all-in-one console, the UCG-Industrial incorporates built-in WiFi 7 capabilities, delivering dual-band performance with throughput speeds of up to 4.3 Gbps on the 5GHz band and 688 Mbps on the 2.4GHz band. The inclusion of external, removable antennas allows for flexible signal management, while the 10G SFP+ and 10GbE WAN ports provide the high-speed backbone necessary for modern, data-heavy industrial applications.
Comprehensive Application Support
The gateway runs the full UniFi application suite, including Network, Protect, Access, and Talk, providing a centralised management platform for over fifty (50) UniFi devices and 500+ simultaneous users. For security and surveillance, the device includes a pre-installed 128 GB industrial-grade microSD card, enabling immediate use of UniFi Protect for local video recording. Advanced routing features, such as an application-aware firewall and 5 Gbps IDS/IPS throughput, ensure the network remains secure without compromising on speed.
Flexible and Modular Mounting
Designed with versatility in mind, the UCG-Industrial features a unique modular mounting system. The device includes heavy-duty side handles that can be detached via a simple release button, allowing it to transition seamlessly between a stable table stand (stand included), a wall-mounted configuration, or a standard rack-mounted setup (rack mount sold separately). This adaptability ensures that the gateway can be securely installed in any workspace, from a compact desktop to a technical rack.
